Terms & Conditions
_Weddings
Thank you for choosing Grown&Made for your wedding flowers! We’re excited to be part of your special day and to provide you with sustainably grown, locally sourced flowers. Please read through our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Deposit & Payment
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to your event. Failure to make payment by this deadline will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation terms outlined in Clause 2 will apply. Minor adjustments to your booking may be made up to 28 days before the event, provided that the total value does not fall below the original booking amount and does not affect items for which payments have already been made or committed.
2. Cancellation
If you cancel more than 28 days before the wedding, you forfeit your deposit. Cancellations within 28 days of the event will require additional payment: 50% of the total booking value, plus any costs we’ve already incurred for your wedding.
3. Flower Picking & Availability
Availability will depend on what’s blooming at the time, and we cannot guarantee specific varieties or quantities. Substitutions may be made with other locally grown, high-quality flowers, and we’ll discuss any changes with you before the event.
4. Postponement
If you need to postpone the wedding, we will transfer your booking to a new date, provided we are available. If we are unavailable for the new date, the postponement will be treated as a cancellation, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
5. Props & Equipment
Any props or equipment provided for your wedding flowers remain our property. If damaged, lost, or not returned, a replacement fee will be charged. You’ll be responsible for the safe handling and return of all props and equipment.
6. Liability
We take great care in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your wedding. However, we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage that may occur during the event, including but not limited to allergic reactions or slips. By attending, you accept responsibility for handling the flowers and props with care.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, weather, or other uncontrollable events), we will do our best to fulfill your booking. However, we are not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by these circumstances.
8. Flower Care & Handling
Once your flowers and props leave our premises, you are responsible for their care and transportation. Ensure your flowers are kept cool, out of direct sunlight, and hydrated during transit to avoid damage.
9. Exclusivity & Image Rights
We ask that you do not hire a third party to provide flowers or arrangements for your wedding without our prior consent. Unless otherwise agreed, we may use images and video clips from your wedding to promote our business.
10. Agreement
By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated, and we’ll notify you of any changes.
